So 2012 has well and truly started with a bang here at QOH HQ.

Firstly, I’ve been in the studio working on a track that will be released in the spring, it’s kind of a tear jerker, which is a bit different for me, so keep your eyes peeled for that.

I also shot the artwork for the single last month on a VERY cold winters day in the middle of the beautiful Chiswick Park. The shots look great, I got to wear some beautiful pieces and glam up with hair and make up, I can’t wait for you to see!

I’ve also been lucky enough to head into the studio with the AMAZING Kissy Sellout to work on a track together, which I’m tres excited about!

But everyone knows that all work and no play makes for a dull Queenie, so I’m managed to gatecrash a party or two to balance the scales. The first being the amazing Police party where team QOH had a lot of fun in the photobooth!
I was also asked to perform at the TIGI Bed Head Street Squad launch party, alongside the lovely Sunday girl, which was a lot of fun.

So what’s next? Tonight I headline the Electronic Rumors album launch party where I will be playing some brand new material for the first time, I can’t wait to hear what you all think.

Then, I’m jetting off to Madrid for three days to perform a couple of shows, then back to London in time for Fashion week and my performance at Lako Bukia’s show.

2012 really is The year of the Queen, watch this space…. X
